✨ New Tiny Guidebook: Eclipse Season Journal Practice
Reflective prompts for navigating this powerful portal of change
Dear Mystic,
On Sunday September 7, the full moon arrives with a lunar eclipse—the opening doorway into eclipse season.
If you’re new to this, eclipse season happens about twice a year and lasts roughly six weeks. During this time, we experience both a full moon lunar eclipse and a new moon solar eclipse, with two weeks before and after for the energy to build and settle.
These aren’t ordinary moons. Eclipse seasons are like portals of transformation—times when what no longer serves us rises to the surface, clarity arrives in flashes, and we feel invited (or sometimes pushed) to change. They can feel intense, but they often bring breakthroughs and deep renewal.
This month’s Tiny Guidebook for Practical Mystics was created to help you meet this powerful time with reflection and care.
It’s called:
✨ An Eclipse Season Journal Practice
Inside, you’ll find:
A simple explanation of what eclipses are and why they matter.
Reflection prompts for the full moon lunar eclipse (illumination + release).
Reflection prompts for the new moon solar eclipse (hidden potential + renewal).
This is not a guidebook about controlling or fixing anything. It’s an invitation to pause, listen, and let the eclipse season reveal the wisdom already alive within you.
